KAZA FURNITURE COLLECTION
In my 3D modeling class, we were tasked with designing a furniture set containing three pieces of our choice. I was going for a retro-futurism look. I achieved this by using exaggerated forms and the use of hexagonal geometry which was popularized in the 1970's. There was also an extra challenge part of the assignment. We had to design the pieces to where they could be easily flat-packed and to find a way to reduce manufacturing costs.
Solidworks, Keyshot, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
The modeling process was relatively easy as I already had a design in my head. I didn't sketch anything by hand and went right to the modeling step.
I tried to add some branding elements into the final renderings.
